Successful acquisition
Zöld-ker Kft. performed a successful acquisition in 2018, through which we acquired the majority ownership of the Debrecen-based Hajdú-Coop Group. The newly formed company group has a turnover of more than HUF 20 billion and has more than 550 employees. We put great emphasis on integration in order that our companies can supplement each other in the best possible way, and we can address the customer demands of the different markets.
Launching of the e-commerce business
We launch our own webshop with the aim of becoming one of the dominant drugstores and to compete with the webshops of the multinational companies already present on the market. With our wide product range, and speedy and accurate deliveries, we supply our customers with thousands of packages until the end of the year! The development is uninterrupted, the popularity of our webshop is an important feedback that our performance is a great success in this market, too!
The birth of a new Zöld-Ker Kft.
We perform a successful integration within the company group and during this an integrated wholesale business is developing, which can address every customer demand. With the integration of the Multi-Trade gastro business and the Hajdúszövker Zrt. beverage wholesale business the Zöld-Ker Kft. is born.
Our company performs its commercial activity at the Szolnok, Debrecen, Hajdúdorog, Mátészalka seats in a unified enterprise resource planning system. Our sales revenue is increasing above HUF 20 billion and we have about 200 colleagues. We are becoming one of the dominant wholesale companies of Hungary.
